  3. PGT{Post Graduate Teacher} – Can Tech 11th & 12th Class and also should have a minimum qualification of Post Graduation in the subject concerned and BEd

Roles and Responsibilities of Teachers:

  • First and Main the role of any Teacher is to Teach and Educate a student and help them to develop their skills in every aspect of the relevant subject

  • A teacher should prepare study material or notes to help students to understand the concepts of the subject
  • Should provide a variety of learning materials and also resources for use in educational activities
  • The teacher is most responsible for the Development of the Classroom and also the development of the students
  • Every teacher must maintain a record of every student’s grades and attendance, and
  • A teacher typically signs letters or memos to parents
  • The teacher plays an important role in writing, editing, printing and distributing it to parents.
  • Have to Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules
  • Then the Teacher should participate in department and school meetings and parent meetings
  • Teachers should encourage the progress of the student
  • Finally, A Teacher should maintain the quality of classroom and student.
