SSC MTS Qualification:

Candidates have to complete the 10th class to Apply SSC MTS

SSC MTS Age Limit

The age requirements for the candidates to apply are between 20 to 30 year

SSC MTS Salary:

The SSC MTS is a general central service group ‘C’ non-gazetted, a non-ministerial post-General Payband-1 (Rs.5200 – 20200) + Grade Pay Rs.1800. SSC MTS salary is around Rs.18000- Rs.22000.

SSC MTS Exam:

Paper I Pattern

  • The paper is of objective type multiple choice questions. and also the Duration of the exam is 2 hours.

Paper II Pattern

  • The paper is of descriptive/writing paper. and also The paper consists of 1question on short essay writing/letter writing in English or in any language included in the 8TH Schedule of the Constitution. The exam is of 50 marks

Similarities and Differences, Space Visualization, Problem Solving, Analysis, Judgment, Decision Making, Visual Memory, Observation, Relationship Concepts, Figure Classification, Arithmetical Number Series, Non-Verbal Series, Arithmetical Computation, Analytical Functions, etc

Quantitative Aptitude:

Computation of Whole Numbers, Decimals and Fractions, Relationship between Numbers, Number Systems, Fundamental Arithmetical Operations,  Use Of Tables and Graphs, Percentages, Ratio and Proportion, Averages, Interest, Profit and Loss, Discount,  Mensuration, Time And Distance, Ratio and Time, Time and Work, etc.

General Awareness:

This test includes questions on current affairs and also India’s recent economic and social policies.  Apart from that, candidates should cover the following topics: Indian Constitution, Award Winning Books, Booker, and Nationa,  History, Awards, Culture,  and Honors, Current Affairs, Science – Inventions & Discoveries. Important Financial & Economic News

English Language:

Candidates will be tested on their understanding of the Basics of English Language, Vocabulary, Grammar, Sentence structure, Synonyms, Antonyms, and its correct usage, etc. Along with that, candidates will be tested on his/her writing ability.
