Candidates have to complete the 12th class from a recognized institute to Apply SSC GD

SSC GD Age Limit

The Age Limit for the candidates to apply is between 18 to 25 years

SSC GD Salary:

The SSC GD is a general central service group ‘C’ non-gazetted, a non-ministerial post-General Payband-1 (Rs.5200 – 20200) + Grade Pay Rs.1800. SSC MTS salary is around Rs.18000- Rs.22000.

SSC GD Selection Process:

The SSC GD Exam is conducted in three phases. If you qualify for all the three phases then you will get posts like Constable General Duty in BSF, SSB, CRPF, NIA, CISF, SSF, ITBP, Rifleman in Assam Rifles. These phases are mentioned below:

  • The first Phase is the Written Exam (Objective type)
  • Second Phase is the Physical Standard Test/ Physical Efficiency Test
  • Third Phase is the Medical Test

After That Candidates will have to secure the minimum SSC GD Cut off fixed by the commission to be shortlisted for final posting.
